Lforma is a growing construction company seeking a driven Estimator who goes beyond pricing projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands estimating and plays an active role in bringing new business to the company.

This is a work-from-home position for a self-motivated professional who is proactive, resourceful, and focused on growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely construction estimates
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Actively identify, pursue, and bring in new clients and project opportunities
• Develop and implement new strategies for generating leads and increasing revenue
• Follow up on bids, proposals, and potential clients
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Construction estimating experience preferred
• Strong ability and motivation to find new clients and grow business
• Self-starter who works well independently in a remote setting
• Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
