Hiring for:
Estimator & Office Manager
Standard hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Monday – Friday, with some flexibility for a shorter or longer day as needed.

This is a full-time position. We are looking for someone with prior experience in the metal roofing industry. Prior ERP or quoting software experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person. We're looking for people who want to learn and grow with our team.

Requirements/Responsibilities: Answering incoming phone calls / Building customer quotes and orders for roofing and siding projects (experience in roofing materials needed)/ Assisting walk-in customers with product knowledge, pricing, and orders / Billing, invoicing, and order processing / Coordinating with production and scheduling.

Applicants must:

• Must have experience in the roofing/building industry
• Communicate professionally and confidently on the phone
• Be comfortable reading measurements and basic construction drawings
• Do math computations and understand area calculations
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a clean, professional, customer-facing appearance
