Estimator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Estimator to inspect damaged vehicles, prepare accurate repair estimates, and coordinate with customers, insurance companies, and the workshop team to ensure timely repair approvals and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles and assess accident and body damage.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates for body, paint, mechanical, and related repairs.
• Prepare job cards and quotations based on inspection findings.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for survey, approvals, and claim processing.
• Coordinate with customers, Bodyshop Supervisors, Technicians, and Spare Parts team.
• Identify required parts, labor, materials, and repair procedures.
• Follow up on pending approvals and ensure smooth repair progress.
• Update customers regarding repair status when required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ensure estimates are prepared according to manufacturer and insurance requirements.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as an Automotive Estimator, preferably in a bodyshop or dealership.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle body repairs, painting, parts, and repair procedures.
• Experience with insurance claims and vehicle damage assessment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and estimating/workshop software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
