Estimator

Estimator, Nefab Northeast Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on engaged people to succeed. Our Sales organization is vital for us to deliver complete packaging solutions to our customers. We are now strengthening our team in Nefab Northeast with a Estimator.

As Estimator you will be responsible for developing and maintianing manufacturing standards, provide timely quotes to the selling organization,and take the lead on special projects, i.e. new crate/pallet items, on-site jobs, support to Plant Manager on specific assigments, etc. You will contribute to Nefab's growth by meeting and exceeding target metrics.

You will be part of Nefab Northeast Sales Team. In the Estimator function, you will own the quoting process for all manufactured items in the Northeast Region, utilizing the pricing tool developed and maintained by the Finance Manager.

This position is located in Hanover Park, Ill., and you will report to the Plant Manager.

Your profile

• 5+ years of exprience in industrial Design or Engineering
• 2+ managing or developing processes and procedures
• Previous experience working within ISO 9001 framework or similar preferred; ISO auditing or implementation exprience a strong plus
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all employees, customers, cendors, and any other business associates
• Ability to be able to make effective persuassive presentations
• Previous experience in Lean, Six Segma,5S, or similiar preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
