We are currently seeking an Estimator to join our team. Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for sitework projects. Work with preconstruction and operations teams to understand project requirements, evaluate costs, and build practical plans for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review bid documents, drawings, specifications, and scope requirements.
• Complete takeoffs for earthwork, utilities, drainage, and related site improvements.
• Develop labor, equipment, material, subcontractor, and indirect cost estimates.
• Solicit and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations and identify scope gaps.
• Evaluate access, soils information, sequencing, haul routes, and project risks.
• Prepare bid clarifications and support estimate review and project handoff.

Qualifications

• Construction estimating experience, preferably in sitework or heavy civil construction.
• Ability to interpret civil plans and develop accurate quantities and cost assumptions.
• Knowledge of earthwork and utility construction methods and production factors.
• Proficiency with estimating, takeoff, and spreadsheet tools; construction-related degree preferred or equivalent experience.
