Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, BOQs, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
• Study elevator requirements including capacity, speed, travel, stops, shaft dimensions, pit depth, headroom, and machine-room requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for new elevator and escalator projects.
• Prepare BOQs, costing sheets, and technical/commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with purchase / suppliers to obtain pricing for elevator components and materials.
• Calculate costs covering equipment, materials, installation, manpower, logistics, testing, and other project requirements.
• Review drawings and identify any technical deviations or missing information before quotation.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
• Support the Sales team with quotation revisions and value-engineering options during negotiations.
• Maintain proper records of enquiries, quotations, revisions, and project costing.
• Assist in preparing technical submittals and tender documentation.
• Ensure quotations are prepared and submitted within the required deadlines.

Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of elevator and escalator systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and costing calculations.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple quotations and work within deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Engineering graduate/diploma holder with 1–2 years of experience in elevator estimation, technical sales, tendering, or a related engineering environment. Candidates with knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, technical specifications, and elevator costing will be preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
