What they need
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 1–2 years relevant work experience, ideally in warehouse, construction, or related facility environments
- 2–3 years hands-on experience in vertical construction, pre-engineered steel structures, or industrial/warehouse facility projects
- Proficient in design and takeoff software including AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, and Bluebeam
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Highly detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information
- Willingness to perform on-site/field work as required
- Willing to render overtime work; physically fit to fulfill job responsibilities
- Must possess complete and valid government-mandated documents and clearances
Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php19,630.00 per month
