We're looking for a talented Estimator to join our growing team in Michigan. If you have a passion for construction, strong analytical skills, and the ability to turn complex projects into accurate estimates, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

✓ Prepare detailed time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects

✓ Conduct quantity surveys and takeoffs from drawings and specifications

✓ Build and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors

✓ Develop competitive bids and proposals that win work

✓ Manage project cashflow and change order processes

✓ Collaborate with project managers and operations teams

What We're Looking For:

✓ Bachelor's degree OR 4-6 years of construction estimating experience

✓ Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

✓ Strong communication and presentation skills

✓ Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

✓ Proficiency with construction takeoff and estimating software

✓ Understanding of OSHA and safety requirements
