We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our established team, based at our Applecross office.

This full-time, permanent position offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of civil construction, dewatering, and SMP projects throughout Western Australia.

The role is ideally suited to a well-rounded Estimator with experience in regional and mining projects who enjoys variety, is adaptable and is confident estimating across multiple disciplines.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Review tender documentation to determine project scope, requirements and specific terms and conditions.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, including labour, mobilisation and demobilisation, plant and equipment.
• Coordinate subcontractor and supplier pricing for tender submissions.
• Prepare material take-offs and compile project costings into detailed, well-structured estimates.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations for materials, equipment and services.
• Prepare and present tender submissions and cost estimates to the management team.
• Participate in tender reviews with senior management and revise estimates as required.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum three (3) years' estimating experience in civil construction, dewatering and/or SMP projects.
• Previous site experience is essential.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience using Expert Estimator is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
