About the Role: In this position you will work with a team of estimators and go through all our bid invites. Once working on a bid, you will load it into our take-off software and do the take-off for the project. When you get the quantity of everything you will price out the material by getting quotes from our vendors. You will create the estimate form and send it off to the general contractors. In this position you work closely with our project managing team and the general contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Looking through bid invites that we receive and deciding which bid to start on
• Uploading a project into our takeoff software to know how much material we will need
• Exporting files and pricing out the material
• Work closely with our project managers and general contractors regarding the bid
• Communicating with our vendors to get real time pricing on material
• Build the estimate and price it out
• Sending estimates off to general contractors
• Updating estimate with any and all updates to projects

Candidate Requirements:

• Self-motivated individual to stay on task
• Very technology knowledgeable
• Works well with others
• Great at cross departments communication
• Preferred experience with estimating
• Great at problem solving
• Adapts quickly to change
• Can prioritize tasks with multiple due dates
• Experience with Microsoft (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
• Can communicate in different ways (Writing, Email, Messages, and verbally)
• Experience with customer service

With this position we are looking for a full-time individual to help our team. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
