What they need
About the role
An Estimator role in relation to tendering for new pipeline opportunities in the stone and tile industry in Melbourne, with a focus on T1 / T2 projects and high end domestic projects.
Key responsibilities
- Be proficient at using AI in preparing and submitting tenders / quotes for new pipeline opportunities
- Manage and submit new tender submissions
- Assist with Business Development activities
- Work closely with founder, CEO, estimating and project management teams
- Assist with handover to project management team once awarded
About you
- Experience using AI is essential
- Construction estimation and tendering experience is essential
- Tiling, stone or finishes background is a bonus, not a must
- Contract admin or project management background is a bonus, not a must
About us
Florence Alba Collective is growing our Estimation / Tendering team. Amongst other things, we focus primarily on stone and tiling packages in relation to large scale commercial T1, T2 and high end residential projects. We have our own brand new state-of-the-art stone manufacturing facility in-house where we do all of our stone manufacturing work.
