Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Demolition & Civil Estimator to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders, assessing project requirements and working closely with management to secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for demolition and civil construction projects.
• Review plans, specifications and tender documentation.
• Complete quantity take-offs and accurate cost calculations.
• Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Identify project risks, costs and opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage tender submissions and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Previous estimating experience in demolition and/or civil construction.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and costs.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
