Job Summary

We are looking for a Estimation Engineer with a strong construction or interior fit-out background. The ideal candidate should have experience in estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, costing, and tendering.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for construction and interior fit-out projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
• Analyze material, labour, and subcontractor costs.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and project cost risks.
• Maintain estimation and quotation records.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams.
• Support tendering and project cost-related activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE Experience Required.
• B.Tech / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
• Experience in construction or interior fit-out estimation preferred.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing, and tendering.
• Knowledge of fit-out works and construction materials.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
