Experienced Construction Estimator – Flexible Schedule

The RoDav Group LLC is seeking an experienced Estimator — Concrete & Sitework to join our team. We are a growing commercial concrete and masonry contractor looking for someone who can step into the role with prior estimating experience and work independently.

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator — Concrete & Sitework who understands construction beyond the plans. Candidates with hands-on jobsite experience, especially in concrete and masonry, are strongly preferred.

Position Details:

• Starting at $25-$38hour, based on experience
• Flexible schedule
• In-office position in Lake Mary, FL

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Performing accurate quantity takeoffs
• Preparing detailed estimates for concrete and masonry projects
• Reviewing scopes of work and bid requirements
• Soliciting and reviewing vendor/subcontractor pricing when needed
• Preparing and organizing bid documentation
• Tracking bid opportunities, deadlines, and submitted proposals
• Working closely with project management and ownership on upcoming projects

Requirements:

• Previous construction estimating experience is REQUIRED
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience performing takeoffs and preparing estimates
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Hands-on construction/site experience highly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently
• Concrete and/or masonry estimating experience is strongly preferred

This is not an entry-level estimating position. We are looking for someone with hands-on estimating experience who understands the bidding process and can contribute immediately.

Pay: Starting at $25-$38 per hour, with compensation based on experience.

Schedule: Flexible
