With a strong pipeline of major projects, we are continuing to grow our estimating capability and are seeking an ambitious Estimator to join the team.

The Role

Working closely with senior estimating and commercial leaders, you will be involved in:

• Preparing detailed construction estimates and cost plans
• Supporting development feasibility assessments and early-stage project costing
• Preparing competitive tenders and pricing submissions
• Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations
• Performing quantity take-offs and cost benchmarking
• Identifying value engineering opportunities
• Assessing commercial risks and project opportunities
• Maintaining estimating databases, cost libraries and reporting systems
• Collaborating with development, design, commercial and delivery teams

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 3-7 years' experience in estimating, cost planning or pre-construction
• Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use or large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and pricing principles
• Proven ability to analyse drawings, specifications and tender documentation
• Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and subcontractor engagement capabilities
• A proactive attitude and desire to further develop your career
