Your new company
PANELAB LTD is a young cultured, aluminium facade and cladding specialist based in Auckland. We’re a tight team with a strong culture, and we’re looking for a lead estimator to step in as our current one moves on. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in a successful, growing business.

Your new role
We’re looking for a Estimator or anyone with building pricing experience to join our flexible team. Ideally, you’ll have 3**+ years’ experience** as a building works Estimator.

You’ll need to be confident working under pressure, managing your time efficiently, and prioritising multiple tasks. You’ll work closely with our directors and be involved in a variety of projects, both large and small. There is no micro managing. Hours are based off an 8 hour day, you are expected to juggle your time as necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Pricing and tendering
• Material takeoffs and ordering
• Contract negotiations
• Shop drawing reviews

What you need to succeed

• Comfortable working independently or alongside business owners
• Proven project experience
• Able to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines
