Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person estimates for residential and commercial painting and drywall projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
• Assess project scope, measurements, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate and competitive quotes.
• Close deals on-site whenever possible and follow up on pending proposals via phone, text, and email.
• Manage a daily schedule of appointments and efficiently plan travel routes.
• Perform outbound sales and follow-ups during off-time to convert leads into appointments.
• Educate customers on our services, warranty options, and what makes Paint Bros MA the best choice.
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system, tracking all estimates, customer interactions, and closed deals.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or estimating, preferably in painting, drywall, or a related trade.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (daily travel required).
• Ability to work full-time, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and closing skills – ability to build trust and guide customers to a decision.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems and digital estimating tools.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic – driven to hit and exceed sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+ (Base Salary + Commission)
