Estimator Staff

Requirements:

1. Min. bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Senior students or recent graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Ability to read technical drawings (shop drawings/as-built drawings).
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
5. A basic understanding of BOQ/RAB is a plus.
6. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and possessing strong analytical skills and sound mathematical reasoning.
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:

1. Perform quantity take-offs for work such as earthwork, concrete, rebar, formwork, and finishing based on working drawings.
2. Assist in preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Estimate (RAB).
3. Estimate labor requirements (man-hours) and project equipment needs.
4. Analyze technical drawings and specifications (RKS) to ensure estimates comply with project standards.
5. Assist in the systematic preparation of cost estimate reports.
6. Manage data on material prices, labor wages, and project estimate documentation.
7. Support the monitoring of design changes (variation orders) that impact project costs.
