Estimator - Structural Concrete

ESTIMATOR - STRUCTURAL CONCRETE Well-established top notch full-service Metro specialty CONCRETE contractor is seeking an experienced ESTIMATOR preferably with 5+yrs experience. Client services a wide range of projects including Structural & Light Commercial Concrete Projects, such as Schools & Educational Buildings, Offices, Multifamily, Churches, Warehouses, Medical, Retail and other Civil projects as well including Site Development and Flatwork.

Key Candidate Qualifications

• Estimating experience must include Commercial Structural Concrete Experience working for a Specialty Contractor or a Self-Perform GC
• 7+ years working for a Commercial Concrete specialty sub-contractor or self-performing General Contractor
• Practical leadership abilities, like motivation, goal setting, and conflict management
• Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a keen sense of urgency and self-motivation.
