What You'll Learn & Do

You'll receive hands-on experience with:

- Learning how to write accurate repair estimates and repair plans
- Using estimating and shop management software
- Checking customers and vehicles in for repairs
- Explaining the repair process and providing customer updates

- Identifying additional damage and assisting with repair supplements
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and repair status updates
- Assisting with quality inspections and final vehicle delivery
- Learning how a high-performing collision repair center operates
You won't be expected to know everything on day one. We're looking for someone who is ready to learn, takes initiative, communicates well, and wants to build a career.
You Could Be a Great Fit If You...
- Are at least 18 years old
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Enjoy working with both people and vehicles
- Have strong communication and customer service skills
