Estimator – Site Work

BRW Contracting, Inc. is a Central Florida full-service site development company located in Land O’ Lakes. We provide land clearing and grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt services. We are seeking an experienced Estimator – Site Work with a strong understanding of estimating projects involving clearing, earthwork, wet utilities, concrete, and asphalt paving.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the time, quality, and accuracy of associate estimators while helping influence decisions on which projects to pursue. This position requires a strong understanding of construction management and project sequencing to accurately determine project budgets, costs, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent relevant site work experience.
• Strong experience with B2W Estimate, AGTEK, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards related to civil construction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide future generations of construction professionals.
• Minimum of 5 years of documented estimating experience in heavy civil self-perform work.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
1-hour lunch

Salary: Based on experience.
