In this role, you will be providing cost estimation, construction finance reporting, and property-related financial assessment for residential, commercial, institutional and industrial projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.

• 3 years or more estimating experience within the construction industry (Australian experience is required)

• Proven experience preparing estimates and tenders for commercial, civil, industrial, residential, or infrastructure construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, contracts, and procurement processes.

• Experience using estimating software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.

• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Strong commercial acumen and cost management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements:

• Must have your own secure working laptop or PC (No Macbooks allowed), 2 screens, strong internet connection and ability to function in electricity interruptions (UPS/generator/wangle/dongle)
• Residing in Metro Manila (or near Metro Manila)
• Must be able to work from 6:30am to 3:30pm PH time
• Must be able to supply a NBI clearance within 30 days of commencing
