Estimator/Contract Administrator

Intro Recruitment Solutions is recruiting an Estimator / Contracts Administrator to join an established Tier 2 construction contractor with a growing presence across Newcastle and the wider NSW market.

With a strong pipeline of work across education, government facilities, health and multi-storey residential, this is an opportunity to join an experienced construction team and work across a diverse range of projects typically valued between $10M and $50M.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for either estimating or contract administration across a range of commercial building projects, depending on experience. 

You'll be involved from initial tender review through to submission, working closely with subcontractors, suppliers, project teams and senior management to develop competitive and commercially sound bids, as well as ongoing commercial management.

Projects will include:

• Education projects
• Government facilities
• Health projects
• Multi-storey residential
• Commercial building
• Design & Construct projects
• Projects valued between $10M - $50M

To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Proven experience as an Estimator / Contracts Administrator
• Experience working for a commercial building contractor
• Experience across $10M - $50M projects
• Strong Design & Construct experience
• Background across education, health, government, residential or commercial construction
• Strong subcontractor and supplier procurement experience
• Relevant engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or similar qualification
