West Port Timber Windows and Doors make high performance bespoke timber windows, doors and fire doorsets for the domestic and commercial marketplace and we're proud to be a successful British manufacturer. We make timber products that combine quality engineering and technical know-how with designs that suit British buildings traditional or contemporary.

Owing to expansion and continued development we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Order Processor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Review information provided for customer requirements and use a software system to price accordingly – full training will be provided.
• Communicate with customers via email and telephone to confirm requirements.
• Answer customer queries.
• Provide timely and accurate administration.
• Issue confirmed orders to the Production Unit.
• Liaise with the Production Unit on any specific order requirement queries.

Qualification and skills:

• Previous experience within a similar role would be desirable.
• Experience of working within a busy sales team/environment.
• Self- motivated and proactive with high standards.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
