Now we're looking for an experienced estimator to join our Preconstruction Services Group — someone who can grow into a leadership role shaping how projects start, not just how they're priced. What You'll Bring

Required:

• College degree
• 5+ years of construction estimating experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
• Sharp attention to detail
• Confident communication skills — whether presenting to a boardroom or building rapport with a client

What would make you stand out:

• Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experience working for a general contractor
• Business development background
• Conceptual estimating expertise
• Prior project management experience with a GC
