ESTIMATOR/PROJECT COORDINATOR

Full Time/Year Round Estimator/Project Coordinator needed to add to a growing small business in CMCH. We are currently seeking someone exceptional to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage administrative tasks from planning to project closeout, all while working closely with clients, subcontractors and project managers. The candidate should also have 2 to 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, project coordination and the ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, blueprints and specs. Must have exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, clear written/verbal communication and sharp attention to detail. Must have computer skills with some working knowledge of Dropbox, Word and Excel. Salary based on experience. PAID VACATION DAYS, SICK DAYS AND COMPANY PROFIT SHARING.
