Estimator/Project Manager

Duties

• Be customer facing in the showroom
• Prepare detailed estimates ensuring accuracy in pricing, materials, labor, and equipment costs.
• Develop comprehensive project proposals by analyzing plans, specifications, and client requirements to deliver competitive bids.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Oversee project execution on-site or remotely, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control measures, and client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in flooring estimating combined with project management responsibilities within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft
• Strong knowledge of flooring processes, materials pricing, and bidding procedures.
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and team members.

Pay: $64,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
