Estimator/Project Manager

Overview

As an Estimator/Project Manager, you’ll turn construction drawings and project requirements into clear, well-supported estimates—and guide projects from planning through delivery. You’ll review plans, estimate labor and material needs, develop budgets and pricing, and coordinate with clients and project teams. Your construction experience and attention to cost, scope, and communication will help keep work organized and informed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction estimates and commercial construction budgets using estimating software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Read blueprints, interpret technical drawings, and review construction drawings to estimate material requirements, pricing, and project costs.
• Manage projects as a construction estimator, coordinating schedules, contracts, project documentation, assist with layout, and communication with clients and internal teams.
• Support construction management activities, negotiate project terms, and draw on construction site experience to address changing project needs.

Qualifications

• Construction experience, including experience in the construction industry; commercial construction estimating experience is valuable.
• Demonstrated ability in construction estimating, material cost estimating, pricing, and estimating construction project budgets.
• Strong blueprint reading, construction drawing review, and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software and construction management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets, plus clear client communication, negotiation, contract coordination, cost control, and project management skills.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
