Estimator/Project Manager

Job title

-Responsibility to manage and oversee all emergency and restoration projects.

-Prepare floor sketches, estimates and documentation using Xactimate.

-Attend job sites to assess the damage's to the property and do estimates.

-Coordinate projects, team crews, subcontractors, permits and inspections.

-Communicate with customers, subcontractors and insurance adjustors; -coordinate and schedule all appointments and projects.

-On- Call Rotation: receive calls after hours/weekends. Gather information and set up crews to perform emergency services.

-bilingual preferred, not essential

-Qualifications

-2-5 year of experience in restoration, construction, water mitigation, mold remediation, fire restoration and reconstruction.

• Experience with Xactimate, XactAnalysis, encircle.

• Strong Organization, communication and customer services skills.

-IICRC certifications(WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT)

-Driver license
