The Role

ETC is seeking an ETF Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operational functions behind our exchange-traded funds platform. This role suits an entry-level candidate with roughly zero to 5 years of relevant experience that wants to build deep expertise in ETF operations. You will work closely with the various service providers that support an ETF’s daily operations, including fund accountants, custodians, transfer agents, and Authorized Participants to help ensure ETC's funds operate accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Support the operations team in managing all operational aspects of daily and milestone ETF processes, such as processes surrounding launches, liquidations, and material changes

• Responsibilities would include participating in planning meetings, setup of operational workflows, managing and completing applications, exchange listings, registrations, and other documentation

• Prepare operational reports for internal stakeholders and assist with ad hoc projects

• The candidate will be required to coordinate with other ETC departments, such as Legal, Compliance, Portfolio Management and Marketing, as well as outside vendors and service providers

• The candidate should seek to improve and scale existing operational process though technology solutions

• The candidate will also be required to build an effective working relationship with and between the team members and to guide them in their tasks

• The candidate also needs to display strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to develop strong working relationships with team members, and display people management skills and time management skills

• The candidate should also be methodical and has excellent oral and written communication skills

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or a related area of financial services is a plus but not required.

• Solid understanding of investment fund structures; familiarity with ETFs specifically is a plus but not required.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy while working under deadline pressure.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external service providers.

• A self-starter mindset — thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment supporting multiple clients and strategies simultaneously

Job Details

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Oklahoma City, OK. Salary is commensurate with experience.

The compensation for this position includes salary and incentive pay. Total compensation may vary based on experience, role, location, department, and individual performance.
