Ethical Hacking Mentor & Instructor

The Ethical Hacking Mentor & Instructor will train learners in authorised penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, security testing methodologies, and responsible security practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach ethical hacking methodology and penetration testing fundamentals.
• Train learners on web and network security testing in authorised labs.
• Teach vulnerability assessment and reporting.
• Train learners on Linux and networking fundamentals relevant to security testing.
• Guide learners through controlled Capture-the-Flag and lab exercises.
• Teach professional security reporting and remediation communication.
• Reinforce legal, ethical, and responsible security practices.

Specific Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' practical penetration testing or offensive security experience.
• Strong understanding of web and network security.
• Experience conducting authorised security assessments.
• Proficiency with common security testing tools in legal lab environments.
• Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, eJPT, PNPT, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience through authorised professional work or recognised security portfolios.

• Be based in Nigeria for the first phase of recruitment.
• Have a minimum of the required years of relevant practical experience.

• Be able to teach practical, project-based learning.
• Have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection for virtual delivery.
• Be available for agreed live classes, mentorship sessions, learner support, and project reviews.
