• Ethics Management
• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance ethics management systems, including the Code of Ethics, Ethics Practice FAQs, pledges, and surveys.
• Plan and operate localized training and communication programs, such as ethics case-based training and ethics culture promotion campaigns.
• Operate employee ethics support programs, including the Gift Return Center and Conflict of Interest Pre-declaration System.
• Internal Audit
• Operate ethics consultation and reporting channels.
• Conduct investigations into unethical conduct and allegations of fraud or corruption.
• Perform regular audits and review business processes in key operational areas, including procurement, expenses, investment, and production management.
• Develop corrective action plans and recurrence prevention measures based on audit findings, and monitor the implementation of improvement actions. • Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above, regardless of major.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Ethics Management, Internal Audit, or Compliance-related functions
• Experience in management support functions such as Procurement, Finance, Legal, or Business Management, or experience as a Semiconductor Production Engineer or Quality Engineer
