Your Role

• POSH & GRC is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the organization’s POSH framework and broader compliance initiatives, ensuring a safe, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.
• This role requires strong accountability, sound judgment, and a proactive governance mindset

Your Profile

• Manage and oversee the POSH Office and Internal Committee (IC)
• Ensure compliance with the POSH Act, internal policies, and governance standards
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements
• Track and implement legal updates and policy changes
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit readiness
• Lead handling of POSH complaints with confidentiality and sensitivity
• Coordinate investigation panels and ensure fair, timely resolution
• Drive POSH training programs across levels
• Monitor training effectiveness and coverage
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Leadership, and external IC members
• Provide guidance on compliance and sensitive matters
• Manage escalations with a solution-oriented approach
• Deliver leadership reporting (dashboards, insights, trends)
• Maintain and update intranet content (policies, FAQs, resources)
• Support Governance, Risk & Compliance initiatives, Identify risks, compliance gaps, and recommend improvements
