What they need
- 4+ years of ETL development experience.

- Strong SQL/T-SQL, SSIS, ADF, and ETL architecture skills.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and performance optimization.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake.
