ETL Developer

Are you an experienced ETL Developer passionate about designing robust data pipelines, mastering relational databases, and transforming complex business requirements into high-performance data workflows?

At act digital , we are currently recruiting an ETL Developer to design, optimize, and maintain mission-critical data integration architectures. In this role, you will play a central part in building reliable data pipelines, managing enterprise databases, and ensuring the smooth flow of transactional and analytical data.

What You Will Do on a Daily Basis

• Pipeline Design & Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain resilient ETL processes and enterprise data integration workflows.
• Database Programming: Develop and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers, and analytical SQL queries.
• Data Integration Architecture: Build, schedule, and optimize scalable data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) routines to support operational and analytical systems.
• ETL Tooling Execution: Work hands-on with enterprise ETL platforms ( Oracle Data Integrator / ODI, IBM InfoSphere DataStage, or Informatica PowerCenter ) to manage data workflows.
• Requirements & Troubleshooting: Analyze technical and business specifications, translate them into scalable data solutions, and troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks and data quality issues.

Your Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as an ETL Developer, Data Integration Engineer, or SQL/PL-SQL Developer.
• Database Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database and advanced PL/SQL development.
• ETL Toolset: Solid practical experience with at least one major ETL platform: ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), IBM DataStage, or Informatica PowerCenter .
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to debug complex data transformation logic and tune performance.
• Communication: Good team collaboration skills and working proficiency in English.
