Job Summary

Seeking an experienced ETL Developer / Data Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize Azure-based data pipelines, data warehouses, and integrations. The candidate will handle ETL development, data quality testing, SQL Server database administration, and data transformation validation while supporting business and data science teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
• Build and enhance Azure Data Factory pipelines, including API integrations.
• Write advanced SQL queries and manage Azure SQL Server databases, indexes, security, backups, and scheduled jobs.
• Perform ETL, data transformation, and data warehouse testing.
• Develop Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions using C#.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric for data engineering and integration.
• Validate business rules, analyze source systems, and maintain source-to-target mappings and process documentation.
• Monitor ETL jobs, troubleshoot failures, and improve data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Support data modeling, data security, and data science requirements.

Required Skills

• Azure Data Factory (ADF): 3+ years, including API integrations.
• SQL / relational databases: 4+ years; strong query development.
• Data testing: 3+ years.
• Data warehouse testing: 2+ years.
• C#: 2+ years, including Azure Functions and Logic Apps.
• Microsoft Fabric: 1+ year.
• Hands-on Azure SQL Server administration and Azure cloud knowledge.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ODS, data warehousing, source-to-target mapping, and business rules validation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and independent working skills.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial Real Estate industry experience.
• Python and cybersecurity knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
