ETL Developer (SAP BODS) - PROJECT BASED

We are looking for an ETL Developer with hands-on experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data integration and migration solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver reliable ETL processes, support data warehousing initiatives, and ensure high-quality data for reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain ETL jobs using SAP BODS.
2. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for Oracle, SQL Server, and other relational databases.
3. Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple source systems.
4. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL solutions.
5. Prepare source-to-target mappings and define transformation rules.
6. Support data migration, data cleansing, and data validation activities.
7. Perform data profiling, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure data quality.
8. Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data integration solutions.
9. Execute unit testing, integration testing, and support production deployments.
10. Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
11. Follow ETL development standards and best practices for enterprise data integration.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data migration projects.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (SAP BODS).
4. Strong SQL scripting and query optimization skills.
5. Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
6. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL architecture.
7. Experience in source-to-target mapping, data profiling, data validation, and reconciliation.
8. Experience in troubleshooting ETL processes and resolving data quality issues.
9. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
10. Must be open for a 3-4 months contract engagement with possibility of extension
11. Must be willing to work in hybrid setup in Quezon City
