ETL Developer (SQL Server / SSIS)

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy building and supporting ETL processes, solving complex data issues, and working with large datasets to deliver business-critical reporting and analytics solutions.

If you have hands-on experience developing ETL packages using SSIS, working in Visual Studio, and performing SQL development and troubleshooting, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes and data integration solutions
• Create and maintain SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views
• Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting activities
• Investigate ETL failures and perform root cause analysis
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and process documentation
• Support data migration and data integration projects
• Work closely with business users, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as SSRS, Power BI, and Excel
• Ensure data quality, security, integrity, and compliance with established standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ETL Development
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL experience
• Hands-on experience developing SSIS packages
• Experience using Visual Studio / SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)
• Experience creating: Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Complex SQL Queries
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience handling ETL processes and data integration projects
• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
