ETL Glue and DMS Developers

Role & responsibilities

• Hands on Experience on AWS Glue and AWS DMS with hands on experience on pySpark.
• Design transformation logic and schemas to align relational Oracle data models with MongoDB NoSQL document structures.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, reconciliation, and auditability across migration and ingestion pipelines.
• Optimise ETL performance, scalability, and cost using AWS best practices.
• Work closely with MongoDB, API, and AWS Architecture teams to support downstream
• Support data migration activities from relational databases to MongoDB.
• Work with MongoDB Atlas for cloud deployments and monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and performance mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
