Position: ETL Tester / ETL Test Engineer
Experience: 4–5 Years
Location: Pune / Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ETL Tester with strong expertise in SQL, ETL Testing, Data Validation, Data Reconciliation, and Data Warehousing. The candidate should have hands-on experience with at least one ETL tool such as Informatica, Talend, or SSIS and good knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing.
• Validate data flow from source to target systems.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and verification.
• Perform data reconciliation, data completeness, data integrity, and data quality checks.
• Validate ETL mappings, transformations, business rules, and data loads.
• Analyze Source-to-Target Mapping (STM/S2T) documents and validate transformation logic.
• Identify, investigate, and report data discrepancies and defects.
• Perform regression, integration, functional, and end-to-end testing as required.
• Work with development, business, and QA teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Monitor ETL jobs and perform basic troubleshooting in Linux/Unix environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–5 years of experience in ETL Testing / Data Warehouse Testing

• Strong hands-on SQL

• Experience in ETL Testing

• Hands-on experience with at least one of:

• Informatica PowerCenter

• Talend

• SSIS

• Good knowledge of Linux/Unix

• Strong experience in:

• Data Validation

• Data Reconciliation

• Source-to-Target Validation

• Data Quality Testing

• Data Integrity & Completeness Testing

• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts

• Experience in analyzing ETL mappings and transformation/business rules
