Job Description

• Electrical Power Generation: Maintaining the main and emergency switchboards, generators, and high-voltage distribution systems.
• Navigation & Communication Aids: Troubleshooting GPS, Radar, ECDIS, autopilot, and satellite communication systems (GMDSS).
• Automation & Control: Overseeing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), vessel management systems, and engine room instrumentation.
• Hotel & Safety Systems: Managing the ship’s internal IT networks, fire detection systems, air conditioning, and refrigeration units.
• Dynamic Positioning (DP): On specialized vessels, ETOs ensure the seamless integration of sensors and thrusters required for the ship to maintain a fixed position.

Skills and Qualifications:

AT LEAST 15 MONTHS OF EXPERIENCE AS ETO

WITH OR WITHOUT VALID US VISA

HOLDING VALID DOCUMENTS

with ME, MC and WARTSILA RT FLEX ENGINE EXPERIENCE
