ETP MANAGER - PHARMACEUTICALS OPERATIONS

ROLE SUMMARY

Lead the overall running of the ETP operations for the API plant - SHAGAMU, OGUN STATE, ensuring effective production support, manpower utilization, compliance with approved procedures, and active participation in validation, qualification, deviation, and investigation activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·Ensure the plant support the monthly production planning.

· To carry out manpower planning of the plant and coordinate with HR and Administration for supply of manpower for carrying out activities as per schedule.

· To be responsive on tasks / assignments given, and be proactive in alerting the concerned people in advance of the likely delay, with its reasons.

To investigate critical deviations and record the conclusions where such occur.

To be involved in validation & qualification activities & help Production and Quality Assurance department during investigation of concerns or issues.

To ensure strict adherence to Technology Security Systems developed to control outcomes.

To make sure that all staff working under you follow the laid down systems and procedures and continuously stress the formalization of written procedures to carry out all activities.

· To ensure safety of operations at all times.

To help prepare specifications as part of cross-functional team with Process Engineering and Project department for equipment, plant design for relevant technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry or Environmental scientist.

· M.Sc. in a relevant discipline is an added advantage.

· 8 years work experience in the chemical synthesis and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₦800,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
