ETP/STP Operator

RLT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced ETP/STP Operators to handle the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating ETP, STP, WTP, RO, ZLD, and evaporator systems, along with knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and water quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ETP, STP, WTP, RO, ZLD, and evaporator systems.
• Monitor daily plant operations and ensure efficient treatment processes.
• Conduct routine water and wastewater quality testing and maintain operational parameters.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and breakdown maintenance of plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate equipment repairs.
• Monitor pumps, motors, blowers, filters, dosing systems, and other treatment plant equipment.
• Maintain daily operational logs, maintenance records, chemical consumption records, and water quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and safety procedures.
• Support plant shutdown activities and maintenance work during scheduled shutdowns.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling chemicals, machinery, and treatment processes.
• Identify operational issues and suggest improvements to enhance plant efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ETP/STP/WTP plant operations.
• Qualification: 12th, ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., or any degree.
• Practical knowledge of RO, ZLD, and evaporator systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of water quality parameters, chemical dosing, and treatment processes.
• Good communication skills and a self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures.
