EUC Engineer – M365 (with Intune) – Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 Design & Deployment:

  • Architect and deploy scalable M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Implement hybrid identity with Azure AD Connect and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS).

• Device and Endpoint Management with Intune:

  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for:
    • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
    • Mobile Application Management (MAM)
    • Windows Autopilot provisioning
    • Conditional Access policies
    • Compliance and configuration profiles
  • Administer patching and update policies across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Deploy and monitor M365 security tools: Defender for Endpoint, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Microsoft Purview.
  • Ensure device compliance and protection using Intune Endpoint Security policies.

• Automation & Scripting:

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate M365 administration and Intune tasks.
  • Monitor logs and automate alerting/reporting.

• Support & Optimization:

  • Provide L2/L3 support for M365-related incidents.
  • Improve end-user experience through proactive EUC engineering enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Helpdesk and Infrastructure teams on rollout strategies.
