The Role
We are seeking a skilled End-User Compute (EUC) Engineer to join us on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical acumen and enterprise-level EUC experience who thrive in dynamic environments. If you have a solid foundation in technical support, a customer-centric approach, and can hit the ground running, this opportunity might be a great fit.

Key Deliverables:
In this role as an EUC Engineer, responsibilities include:

• Supporting enterprise-scale customers with proven end-user computing expertise.
• Providing high-level customer service with clear, professional communication in English (written and verbal).
• Reviewing and providing guidance on PowerShell scripting before deployment to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Managing high-priority issues and offering nuanced knowledge of Microsoft licensing variations.
• Acting as a Level 2-3 technical escalation point for Service Desks and vendor partners.
• Overseeing hardware delivery, configuration, and troubleshooting as required.

Essential Criteria:
To succeed in this contract, applicants should demonstrate:

• Hands-on experience with ITIL frameworks and a proficient understanding of ITSM best practices and ticketing systems.

• In-depth technical skills in areas such as:

• Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) & SCCM

• Azure administrative tasks, M365, Teams, and Windows Server Management

• Print queue and DHCP reservation management

• VPN platforms like RDS and Palo Alto Global Protect

• Active Directory user management for on-premises, Azure AD, and hybrid environments

• Remote Desktop technologies, printer configurations, and multifaceted hardware devices

• Network troubleshooting

• A proactive and independent approach to work, adhering to tight deadlines in a professional setting.
• A strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and third-party providers.
