Must-Have
- EUC / Field Support experience
- Laptop & Desktop Troubleshooting
- IT Service Desk / Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, ServiceDesk Plus, etc.)
- Printer & AV Support
- Basic Networking (Switches, APs, Firewall Connectivity)
- Google Workspace (G Suite) Administration
- Asset & Inventory Management
- Customer Handling and Communication Skills
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central for software deployment, OS imaging, patch management, endpoint compliance, asset management, and remote endpoint administration
Good-to-Have
- Endpoint Central / Intune / SCCM Administration
- MDM Solutions
- Windows OS Administration
- Meeting Room & Collaboration Tools Support
- Basic Security and Endpoint Protection Knowledge
