Job Summary
We are looking for an EUC (End User Computing) Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees for their desktops, laptops, applications, and other IT-related issues. The candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and experience supporting Windows systems and end-user devices.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or IT Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and resolve them within agreed service levels.
