European Maintenance Traineeship

Location: Razgrad, Bulgaria (2nd year rotation and graduation role in Bazancourt, France)

As part of our 2-year European Operations Traineeship , you will gain hands-on experience in production and maintenance environments, work alongside experienced engineers and managers, and contribute to projects focused on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The program is designed to provide international exposure and long-term career development. Your 1st rotation will take place in Razgrad, Bulgaria , followed by your 2nd rotation and graduation role in Bazancourt, France .

What You Will Do

• Learn how a modern manufacturing plant operates
• Develop technical knowledge in maintenance and reliability
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Work closely with production, engineering, and maintenance teams
• Build strong relationships across departments
• Contribute to a safe and efficient working environment
• Gain exposure to leadership and people management practices

What We Are Looking For

• Recent graduate (0-2 years' experience) in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Strong interest in electrical systems, maintenance, and manufacturing operations
• Good English skills
• French is a plus, but not required. Candidates should be willing to learn French during the program. ADM will provide French language training and support.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Open to international mobility and relocation as part of the program
• Interest in manufacturing, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement
