What they need
- Safely operate electric buses along assigned routes and schedules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and proper boarding and disembarking.
- Follow traffic laws, company policies, and road safety procedures.
- Monitor battery levels, vehicle performance, and charging requirements.
- Report vehicle defects, maintenance concerns, or safety issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned bus.
- Assist passengers with basic inquiries and provide courteous service.
- Maintain accurate trip, mileage, and vehicle operation records.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and supervisors regarding routes, schedules, and operational concerns.
- Follow proper procedures when charging and parking the electric bus.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
