EV Charging Electrician (Licensed E-1 or E-2)

Lionheart Energy helps Connecticut property owners install EV charging and energy upgrades. We are hiring a licensed lead electrician with hands-on EV charging experience to run installations across the state.

What you will do

· Install and commission Level 2 and networked EV chargers at commercial, multifamily, and workplace sites.

· Scope and perform service and panel upgrades: load calculations, conduit, trenching, and wiring.

· Manage and direct subcontractors and other electricians on the job.

· Act as the lead electrical decision-maker on site, and keep several active jobs on schedule.

· Read one-line diagrams, site plans, and specs, build to code, and pass inspections.

Requirements

· Active Connecticut E-1 or E-2 electrical license.

· Hands-on EV and EVSE installation experience (required).

· Comfortable with load calculations, service upgrades, and commercial or multifamily work.

· Able to lead a crew, direct subs, and run a job independently.

· Able to travel to job sites across Connecticut.

Nice to have

· Networked EVSE experience , EPA 608, OSHA 10 or 30.
